• The Services consist of the sale of products and various services provided on the Site.
• A User must comply with these Terms. A User of the Site must be at least 18 years of age, and use of the Site shall be at his/her own responsibility.

• A User who wishes to access to free video content and video streaming services shall register for membership on the Site and use the registered email address as the member ID and may set up a password of his/her choice.
• Entry of Member Information

  When signing up for membership, a User shall read the caution for entry and enter necessary information accurately in the designated entry form. When entering information for membership, special symbols, old-style kanji, or Roman numerals may not be used. If any of those characters or symbols are registered, the Company will change them.

• Management of Password
  • A password may be used only by the member concerned and shall not be assigned or loaned to a third party.
  • A member shall manage the member’s password at his/her responsibility (e.g., by changing it periodically) so that it will not be known to others.
  • Any indication of intention made to the Company with use of a password shall be deemed an indication of intention by the member concerned, and the member shall be solely responsible for all payments and obligations arising from it. However, this does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, or where the password was leaked from the Company and subsequently used by a third party.

• Change to Registered Information

  In the event of any changes to the registered contact information or other registration details, a member shall promptly notify the Company of such changes via the “Change to registered information” of “My Page” or by any other method separately prescribed by the Company.
• Withdrawal of Membership
  • A member who wishes to withdraw from the Services shall go through the procedure prescribed by the Company.
  • With withdrawal, a member shall lose his/her status as a member and may no longer use the Services. After the completion of withdrawal, a member may not recover the lost status as a member.
  • Such withdrawal shall not exempt a member from any monetary or other liabilities borne by the member to the Company.
  • All unused prepaid means of payment and points granted by the Company that a member possesses and is entitled to use for the Services shall become invalid with withdrawal, and the Company shall not refund any money or take any other steps unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

• Unsubscribe from Email Magazine

  A member who wishes to unsubscribe from the email magazine shall, upon login, select “Do not receive” for the item of email magazine delivery in the section “Change to registered information” of “My Page”.

• For a User who purchases a product on the Site, a rebate shall be given as points in the amount of 5% of the purchase price. Rebate points may be used for the subsequent purchases (with one point converted into one JPY), up to the number of points accumulated at the time of payment. The calculation of points, method of use, and rate of rebate shall be determined by the Company, and the Company may change any of them without advance notice.
• A User who purchases a product on the Site shall under no circumstances request the Company to buy back granted points or provide any other service in lieu of them.
• If the Company decides that an act of a member falls under any of the following items, the Company may invalidate all or part of the points without notice to the member. In this case, the Company shall not provide any compensation or undertake any other responsibility whatsoever.
  • Illegal or fraudulent act;
  • Violation of these Terms or other terms provided by the Site; or
  • Withdrawal from membership of the Site.
• In the event of termination of the Site, all points possessed by a member shall be extinguished . Points may be used only during the continuation of the Site.

The Company may suspend the Services or delete a User’s registered information, without prior notice to that User and without obtaining that User’s consent, if the Company determines that the User has engaged in any of the following acts.

• If a User violates these Terms or other terms provided by the Site;
• If it turns out that any registered information is false;
• If a User uses his/her ID and password illegally or has a third party use them illegally;
• If it turns out that a User has in the past incurred sanctions to terminate his/her use of the Services or to delete his/her registered information;
• If a User is in arrears for paying the price of a product or other charges or liabilities related to the Services or fails to fulfill any obligations;
• If a User may not be contacted by any means of communication, including email and telephone; or
• If the Company finds it inappropriate otherwise.

In using the Services, Users shall be prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts.

• An act in violation of these Terms or any cautions presented on the Site;
• An act that damages or is likely to damage the rights, interests, or reputation of a third party or the Company (including the Site);
• An act that is or is likely to be contrary to public order and morals or an act that violates or is likely to violate laws and regulations;
• An act of providing false information for the use of the Services;
• An act of, with the aim of reselling or for commercial purposes, using any information or products provided by the Site or an act with the aim of preparing it;
• An act of using harmful programs or an act with the aim of preparing it;
• An act of accessing the server of the Services or other computers without authorization, or an act with the aim of preparing it;
• Any other act the Company finds is inappropriate; and
• An act of attempting to make an ID, password, or other personal information false.

• The Company shall use personal information about a User within the intended use, including the operation of the Services, transactions of products, collection of bills, and sending of advertisements. However, this does not apply to statistical information that does not identify an individual.
• The Company shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and shall strive toward the protection of personal information provided by Users.
• The Company shall entrust personal information in order to carry out operations smoothly.

• Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, the Company’s liability to any User in relation to use of the Site is limited to ordinary damages incurred by the User that are attributable to the Company. The Company’s liability is limited to an amount equivalent to one month's fee for the streaming service (monthly unlimited viewing services).
• In the event that a User causes any damage, loss, or disadvantage to a third party in using the Services, the User shall settle it at his/her responsibility and expense and hold the Company harmless.

The copyrights to all videos, data, designs, images, characters, and other content presented on the Site shall be vested in the Company or the respective original copyright holders and rightful copyright holders. Without the permission of the relevant right holders, it is prohibited to use such content beyond the limits determined by laws and regulations relevant to copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights.

• The Company may change these Terms in cases where the User’s consent is obtained, or to the extent that such changes align with the general interests of Users, or are reasonable and do not contradict the purpose of these Terms.
• When these Terms are changed in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Company shall announce the content of the changed Terms and their effective date by posting them at an appropriate location on the Site or by other appropriate means, and the changed Terms shall become effective as of such effective date.

The Company and any persons accessing the Site agree that if any lawsuit is required in relation to any part of these Terms, the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall have the agreed exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

The formation and effect of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

• The Company may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Services.
• The Company may suspend or terminate the provision of content in the Services, including, but not limited to, content provided through purchase, download, or other similar methods, if any of the following events occur.
  • A User has their access to the Services suspended or has withdrawn from the Services;
  • The Company suspends or terminates the delivery of content due to contractual obligations with third parties, legal requirements, security concerns, technical issues, or operational reasons;
  • The Company terminates the provision of the Services for any reason whatsoever; or
  • Delivery of content in the Services is terminated due to the circumstances of the content provider.
• The Company shall not refund any fees for content even if there is any change, suspension or termination of all or part of the Services, or any suspension or termination of content in the Services.
